The most epic sketches to ever grace this blog

I was bored during my 3D Design class today (it was basically a class-long crit), so I decided to draw things. I drew things far more serious, and in some cases, sexier than this, but this is the only page you guys get to see, for now.

Yes, I do very much like Motsu.

…That rabbit is great. I don’t know it’s his expression or the addition of the scarf thingie around his neck, but he’s just…AWESOME…
That deranged Mr. Peanut character is fun too.

The rabbit is Mesousa from Pani Poni Dash. He is the manically depressed mascot of the series, and Becky (the main character’s) sidekick. His shtick is that he gets his hopes raised, only for them to be dashed at the last moment. The scarf comes and goes, too. I feel it makes him look more heroic, so I drew him with it.

The Mr. Peanut character is Motsu from Negima!? (the Akiyuki Shinbo version, by SHAFT.) He is really just a mascot character, but has numerous moments of brilliance.

All the characters here are either Shinbo characters, or have been in shows he’s directed. Some how, Chiyo’s dad got in there, too…

Finally, someone who understands Motsu’s greatness.
