What’s been your favorite 自動販売機 drink so far? See if you can come across a yellow-canned drink that I think is called just “Corn.” It’s… warm corn drink. Very interesting.

    I’m really liking C.C. Lemon.

  4. I don’t like hot drinks. I’m sticking with cold oolong tea, Mitsuya Cider, and Calpico…. with the occational “Whatever I haven’t tried”.

BOSS COFFEE. The next time I’m on a short break, with my pipe in mouth, I’ll try some.

So how has the English been over there so far? Any interesting misuses catch your eye yet?

I’m not really one to laugh at Engrish, but there is a lot of questionable use of it around here.

The trains and ATMs all have good spoken English, though.

Totally off topic: I’ve always heard that the Japanese are kind of racist/cold towards gaijin. Have you encountered anything like that yet?

  12. wah says:

All the people I’ve spoken with have been very friendly.

  13. VZMK2 says:

It’s no less funny than seeing how Narutards try to use Japanese.

That is the most attractive can I have ever seen.
