Won’t it be badass when I actually take these types of pictures in Japan as opposed to Porter Square?
But I guess before I even think about Japan, I need to work on my noodle-eating-fu. Honestly, this is only my second time having proper Japanese noodles. I need to train so I don’t look like some idiotic gaijin when I’m slurping down shit over there.

That noodle shop looks hella tight; righteously delicious. I hope you kept your power level down when you ate there. (?)
Should you ever make that plane trip and you find yourself in a fix for lunch, try to go to the shops that also offer some sushi with the udon and soba. Also, ignore everyone. No amount of refinement will remove the stereotype of being a foreigner there.
Keep that in mind and you will have a better time, should you travel there.
LOL, that looks so damn good.
Huh. Porter Square, y’say? I’ve been on the lookout for good Japanese food joints around Boston, and my favorite thus far has been a little – and I MEAN little – place off Boylston Street called Men Tei; it’s a tiny little shop, but their noodles are delicious and have big portions for their prices.
Anyway, (hardly)subtle advertisement aside, care to release the name of this place? I might want to check it out someday.
Place is called Ittyo.
