However the way the series has ended every single episode on a Clifhanger, with Lelouch having to try a new way to get out of a hopeless situation by doing something incredibly convoluted and JUST AS PLANNED, has made Code Geass incredibly redicolous. Now a days Code Geass seems like an old movie serial, like Buck Rodgers or the old Flash Gorden. I fully expect after each episode an announcer to say "How is Lelouch going to get out of this sticky situation? Tune in next week." One of these days I think they'll bring Mao back from the dead, put a monicle and cat on him, and have an episode end with him hanging Lulu and CC over a pit of sharks while laughing manically.
