Japan had. I need to back to Akagi, if the last arc is as ridiculous as you said, I might be able to put up with it's plodding, I guess I just find Mahjong a bit boring. It's not like the absolute best of anime I've seen, but plot thickens every single episode and I just can't wait what happens in the next episode.
