You'll find several elements in the latter that would later appear in the former, most notably a prototype of "the forehead girl." Omo has a post somewhere detailing why Shinbo's style works better with Yohko than with Soultaker, so if it might be a better choice than going directly for some of the more atypical Shinbo works. Also, Minami Takayama is love. If you liked Pani Poni Dash you should definitely go with Yamamoto Yohko.
