Thank god there’s people out there who aren’t complaining about the Haruhi pimping. I just can’t see why a lot of people thought it was shameless or whatever.

I’ve fallen behind in Lucky Star. I need to catch up and finish it.

But I get the feeling that when I do finish it, I’ll miss it.

People will forever remember the dance. I still remember how impressed I was the first time I saw the intro… heck I started watching it just because of that. After that the addiction started. When I thought I had enough, they introduced loli yuris, which made it worse than coccaine ^^;;

I find all the criticism of the Haruhi moments just ridiculous. If you didn’t get a kick out of Konata cosplaying as Yuki in the last ep, for example, or Patty and Kona-chan’s cafe scene then why the hell were you even watching this show.

I think you’re right. The show did get caught up in itself, and there was certainly a obvious effort to pull away from that in the final third. It was probably too little too late for most people. Overall though, it’s been another great KyoAni experience, and that really is what these guys are giving us, not just another anime.

I apparently have no standards and loved it to death from episode 3 or so onward. As I said about Sky Girls, throw enough cute girls in there and I become very forgiving.
