I would like to see like 3 years into the future after Light dies, like how the characters get back to their normal lives.

Didn’t Mikami explode in the anime? I have only read the manga ending. It really is great how Light gets exactly what he deserved, in a way that truly tells us “shit happens, deal with it”. Although Near wasn’t exactly playing fair, I men the boy had Jesus Magic! Who could stand up against such devious tactics?

Clearly all this Mikami love comes out of the anime, because the manga made him look like a fucking idiot, who realized his stupidity when it was too late.
